When I picked up this book, I wasn't really sure it would benefit me. Boy, was I wrong! Clement Kwegyir-Afful does an excellent job making a business book reach more than just a project manager. His book is filled with inspirational bits to inspire those who are even thinking about jumping into the world of project management. He lays down the groundwork and gives you a blueprint on how to be successful—and it makes sense! After reading this book, project manager or not, you should be encouraged and inspired to reach beyond yourself. You will be wise to know what will work and what won't. And you will understand the key factors leading to a successful megaproject.

Any leader or manager will find this book insightful. It expands the concept thinking of processes to ensure you don’t forget about people the processes may affect.

Clear, concise and very informative. This book gives every project manager at every level, insights that can easily be taken for granted or overlooked. The author clearly knows what he's talking about. It made me take a second look at the way projects have been evaluated. An interesting read even if you aren't in the field of project management. You can apply the principles in this book to everyday management.

I ordered the book a couple of days ago. Although I haven't finished exhausting it, it is an exciting read. As an entrepreneur juggling between leading a team and managing two businesses, I could easily identify with a lot of the success factors and principles essential for managing a project as well developing the right kind of atmosphere conducive for your teams to deliver the best. I also learnt a lot on how to identify the right people for various task and even whag to look for in hiring the best combination of skill and attitude. There is a lot to learn from how to manage major projects and how to arrest failing projects, as well as turn them around into successful completion. This is a book I will highly recommend every project management students to read, entrepreneurs, managers of both small, medium and large projects and leaders at various levels. It's none - technical and easy to read. An excellent book.
